Donald Trump notched a resounding win in the Nevada caucuses Tuesday. Trump won almost every category of the electorate to build his dominance in the delegate count. Marco Rubio finished second and Ted Cruz third, both far behind Trump. Tom Bevan the Executive Editor for Real Clear Politics joined John with reaction to the results in Nevada. (Listen here)

President Barack Obama on Tuesday called for the closure of the Guantanamo Bay detention facility. The blueprint comes seven years after Obama made an Oval Office vow to permanently shutter the prison for enemy combatants, but it already faces objections from Republicans and legal obstacles they have placed to transferring Guantanamo detainees to U.S. prisons. Former Congressman and FBI special agent Mike Rogers joined John with reaction to the announcement. (Listen here)

All of Chicago’s red-light and speed camera tickets have been ruled void. A judge has ruled Chicago violated the “fundamental principles of justice, equity and good conscience” by denying due process to motorists issued red-light camera and speed-camera tickets. Jacie Zolna is one of the lawyers leading the fight against the cameras, he joined John to talk about the case. (Listen here)

According to government lawyers, former Gov. Rod Blagojevich should get a new sentencing hearing before his long-shot bid for freedom reaches the U.S. Supreme Court. Fox News Legal Analyst Lis Wiehl joined John to talk about the chances Blago could leave prison early, and also shared her thoughts on the fight between Apple and the FBI over the San Bernardino shooter’s iPhone. Looking ahead to March 15th: A new poll shows Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump both with pretty comfortable leads in Illinois.

The Supreme Court doctor says Antonin Scalia was suffering from a number of health problems when he passed away at age 79. He had coronary artery disease, obesity and diabetes, among other ailments.

The Field Museum is going to partner with Off-Color Brewing to make a limited edition 1000 year old beer. It was brewed by the Wari people in Peru and northern Chile, and used ingredients such as blue corn and molle berries.

The current developer of the Old Main Post Office is ready to fight the city over their plan to seize the building. They say they’ve pumped money into the building and still have big plans for it.
