(CHICAGO) Mayor Emanuel is wisecracking about Governor Rauner’s second staff shake-up in six weeks.

“Rahm the snarky mayor” just couldn’t resist mocking Rauner for the revolving door in his communications operation, “If you can’t manage a staff of a dozen, I don’t know how you can be a leader of 8 million people. Some guy who’s talked about running on a Turnaround Agenda, it’s apparent it’s a Turnover Agenda.”

For his part, Rauner was continuing to dump of Speaker Mike Madigan. None of this helps legislative leaders find a school funding deal behind closed door.
