Great news for coffee drinkers! New research has shown that drinking three to four cups of coffee a day can reduce your risk of getting diabetes by 25 percent.
The scientific research was collected from over 30 different studies with more than a million participants.
“The inverse association between coffee consumption and type 2 diabetes was shown in both men and women,” said Dr. Carlstrom a professor of physiology and pharmacology in Sweden.
It doesn’t matter if the coffee is caffeinated or decaffeinated, the same benefits are present.
