Maura really hopes to bring you a smile or a laugh, maybe a story which moves you - basically, get the day going a little better for you...  send you along empowered.  She has picked the brains of everyone from Bob Hope to John Bon Jovi, for almost 25 years.  In fact, Mo has broadcast to you from a tree, a plane (where ever she could get the best vantage point) and undergone surgery on-air - so you could learn from it, too.   Speaking of surgery, she and her husband just welcomed a son. They live west of Chicago, with two more sons (teens!) and a cat... They're all Bears fans; but three are Sox fans and three are Cubs fans (actually, they're also split about da Hox and da Wolves). So, they figure that getting a dog should decide it!  And Maura's totally psyched to be reunited with Dave Fogel, each morning (in fact, she thinks Fogie's one big, crazy story, himself). Anyway, they have been friends for years...  hear it all for yourself... on 94.7 WLS-FM Chicago!
