MADISON, Wis. (AP) – Officials say an Illinois woman shot in a drive-by shooting on a Wisconsin interstate has been declared brain dead and is only being kept on life support to preserve her organs for donation.

Sauk County Coroner Greg Hahn says Tracy Czaczkowski was pronounced brain dead early Monday morning.
