(CHICAGO) A CTA Green Line train was evacuated in the Loop Wednesday night after a garbage truck got caught in the electrical wires under the tracks and caused a power outage.

Part of the truck got caught in wiring under the CTA tracks on Lake near Post Place at 11:38 p.m., according to Chicago Police.

A train that was overhead at the time was stopped because of a power outage and the passengers were removed from the train, police said. No injuries were reported.

Service on the Brown, Green and Pink lines was temporarily disrupted because of the outage, according to the CTA. Green and Pink Line service was suspended between the Loop and Clinton for several hours, but resumed shortly before 2 a.m.
