KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Despite a sixth inning grand slam by Melky Cabrera, the Royals came from behind to beat the White Sox on Friday night. Eric Hosmer had three hits, including a home run, and drove in four runs as the Kansas City Royals rallied to defeat the Chicago White Sox 7-5 Friday night. The White Sox used five pitchers in the Royals’ four-run seventh with Matt Albers taking the loss.
The Royals host Chicago again this afternoon. The pre-game show starts at 1240pm, and first pitch at 115pm on WLS-AM 890.
