What’s the tip for a relaxing wellness/yoga retreat?
– Yoga at the Airport – Some big airports like O’Hare even have yoga rooms where you can even practice your yoga before or after your flight to help you relax
– Do your best to eat, sleep, wake up, and exercise at your regular times
– If you’re researching a yoga retreat, be sure to research your teacher
– Traveling solo is also a good option if you’re looking for some me-time or to meet new people
– Don’t try to do too many classes, be sure to give yourself time to unwind (no more than 2 yoga sessions a day, to start)
– Choose fresh, warming, moist foods.
– Stay hydrated
– Dress in layers
– This is the time to splurge – don’t go with the cheapest retreat you can find. Treat yourself.
