Infrastructure stocks fell in a sink hole after talks skidded to a halt.

Stocks which would benefit from a federal infrastructure spending plan hit lows in Wednesday trading after the White House abruptly hit the brakes on the discussion, CNBC reports.

The administration says it won’t discuss legislation so long as congressional Democrats continue investigations and talk of impeachment.
