Russia is making headlines again when it comes to influencing people in the U.S., this time it’s all about the anti-vaccination movement.

According to a study out of George Washington University, Russian Twitter trolls attempted to fuel the debate, posting about the issue far more than the average Twitter user last year.

The study states that “sophisticated” bots shared opinions from both sides of the anti-vax debate and the Russian trolls’ efforts mimic those used in the past.
