They had a plea deal, not anymore

Four teens in Michigan, accused of throwing a rock over an overpass and killing a man in a vehicle below, had a plea deal. Emphasis on ‘had.’

Genesee Circuit Judge Joseph Farah tossed it out Tuesday, referencing the boys’ behavior since the October 2017 incident that killed 32-year-old Kenneth White.

16-year-old Trevor Gray, 17-year-olds Mikadyn Payne and Alexzander Miller, and 18-year-old Mark Sekelsky, had all agreed to plead guilty to manslaughter in juvenile court. They’ll be tried in adult court instead.

The boys have been busy on social media. Posts include discussion of getting teardrop tattoos to ridicule the grieving family.
