Alleged sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein was reportedly found unconscious on his Manhattan jail cell floor on Wednesday night from a possible suicide attempt, according to NBC News.

Epstein reportedly was found in his cell unconscious in the fetal position with marks around his neck. While some officials believe Epstein was attempting suicide, others think that he may have staged the incident so he could be transferred to another facility. Another inmate has been questioned for possibly assaulting Epstein, too.
