The most simple things can become the best new meme.

During Tuesday night’s Democratic Debate, Senator Bernie Sanders and former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper got into a back and forth. Hickenlooper said, “throw your hands up.” Sanders replied, “I will.” They both flailed their arms.

A meme is born. The scene has people reacting all over social media.

Comedy Central’s The Daily Show even made a mini music video out of the exchange by putting dance music behind the scene.
