A class-action lawsuit has been dropped on Apple and Samsung over claims that their devices expose users to radiofrequency emissions up to 500% over federal limits.

The lawsuit specifically alleges that the RF emissions “far exceed federal guidelines” and increases the risk of cancer as well as learning and memory deficits, and neurological disorders.
