As Hurricane Dorian makes its way towards the Sunshine State, currently a Category 3 storm with maximum sustained winds of 120 mph, many along the US east coast are under mandatory evacuation orders.

To help get those in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina who are in need of a ride to state-approved shelters, both Uber and Lyft are offering discounts for users of the popular ride-sharing apps.

The promo code DORIANRELIEF will unlock “two free rides up to $15 each, between now and Sept. 15 at 11:59 p.m,” says a press release from Lyft.

According to Uber, the same code earns a round trip, valid up to $20 each way.
