A North Carolina Uber driver has been arrested – accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a female passenger.

Kernersville police took the 39-year-old Greensboro man, identified as Tarik Aitouali, into custody Friday.

Police say instead of driving the victim to her intended destination, Aitouali drove her to another location where he sexually assaulted her ‘while she was physically helpless,’ station WXII reports.

Aitouali is being held on $150,000 bond.
