A Cincinnati area basketball standout charged with rape and sodomy sought a litany of house arrest exemptions. All but one were denied.

The requests would have allowed Jacob Walter to traverse three Kentucky towns – Dayton, Villa Hills, and Burlington – giving him more than 160 square miles of freedom while awaiting his June 29 trial.

Walters will only be allowed to attend church on Sundays.

The 19-year-old former Xavier commit and Covington Catholic star is accused of raping, sodomizing, and injuring an 18-year-old female throughout the day Dec. 9 and on another occasion. The victim told authorities she was fearful because of Walter’s size.
