Harvey Weinstein suffered another legal setback, after a judge rejected a request to move his upcoming rape trail out of New York City.

Attorneys for the former Hollywood producer claimed the media attention on Weinstein in NYC would make it impossible to get a fair trial.

Weinstein is accused of sexually assaulting two women in 2006 and 2013 and faces life in prison if convicted. More than 70 women total have come forward to accuse Weinstein of sexual misconduct.

The trial is set to begin in January of 2020.
