A Texas man was arrested the day before his wedding – after robbing a bank to pay for the wedding ring.

Police say Heath Edward Bumpous entered a bank branch and told the teller he was armed before making off with the cash.

But after police posted a photo of Bumpous to Facebook, it was spotted by none other than his own fiancee, who convinced Heath to turn himself in.

Bumpous told police that he needed the money to pay for the ring and the wedding venue. He’s currently behind bars on a charge of aggravated robbery.
