How over the top do you like to get when it comes to decorating for Halloween? Probably not as much as one Utah household.

Outside Julie Bawden’s residence is a display so scary, neighbors have been calling the city demanding it gets taken down.

Saying their family holiday display should be “spooky and fun,” Bawden set up a guillotine that chops off the heads of baby dolls, along with a bloody nurse standing over an incubator containing fake baby parts.

Despite the complaints, Brigham City attorney Michael Christiansen said, “It’s distasteful to some, but it’s not rising to the level of a public nuisance under city code.”
