The world champion Washington Nationals won’t have wait very long – or travel very far – to make their traditional White House visit.

The Nats are set to visit the White House on Monday, with a ceremony held on the South Lawn at 1:15pm.

The visit will take place just two days after the team’s victory parade on Saturday, which will travel from the Washington Monument to the Capitol building. The team will also be honored Sunday ahead of the Washington Capitals/Calgary Flames game.
