While people no longer put on their best attire before taking to the friendly skies these days, there is somewhat of a dress code for boarding a plane.

Recently, there have been stories of women turned back from the gate because of low-cut outfits. But according to an airline employee, one article of clothing is guaranteed to get a person kicked off a flight.

In a recent thread on Reddit detailing travel tips, the worker notes that passengers donning shirts with obscene words won’t be allowed to their seats.

“We can’t board you to the airplane with a shirt that says a bad word. You will probably have to change it as it might offend another passenger,” the user writes, adding that drunk travelers will also get turned away.
