Man Robs Credit Union, Buys Disguise Afterward

While there isn’t exactly a guidebook for pulling off a successful bank robbery, you’d assume purchasing a disguise before you hand the teller a note would rank pretty high on the checklist.

According to The Anchorage Daily News , Michael B. Jensen strolled into the Alaska USA Federal Credit Union on Friday, demanded money, and made off with $947.

The 34-year-old then headed to a nearby Walmart where he ditched his jacket and purchased some new duds. Feeling charitable, he dropped some change into a donation bucket outside the store.

Cops nabbed Jensen a short while later, with credit union employees identifying him as the robber. The Feds then charged him with the crime.
