Boeing has parted ways with CEO Dennis Muilenburg.

Muilenberg has been overseeing the company during the ongoing saga with Boeing’s 737-Max aircraft. The plane model was involved in two fatal crashes this year.

The crashes caused federal investigations about the FAA’s certification of the aircraft.

Boeing has upped Chairman David Calhoun to CEO.
