If you have the popular messaging app ToTok on your phone, you should delete it now. According to The New York Times , it spies on everything in your life.

Sunday’s report reveals that the app monitors conversations, movements, and contacts, as well as sounds and images sent from its users, transmitting the data back to an Abu Dhabi-based cyberintelligence and hacking firm called DarkMatter.

Apple and Google have already pulled the app from their download stores, but those who have it on their phones can keep using until removed.

While super popular in the United Arab Emirates, with millions of users in the country, ToTok had made large inroads in the US.
