Stocks Monday have reacted favorably to news that phase one of the US-China trade deal should soon be signed.

Business Insider reports China says tariffs will fall on over 850 products from all countries that it has free-trade agreements with.

US President Trump echoed sentiments that the phase one US-China deal would be inked “very soon.”

The S&P 500 index is on track for its best year-end close in six years – on path to finish 2019 30% higher.
