Reuters reports that after the U.S. accused Tehran of being behind the U.S. Embassy attacks in Iraq, a commander with Iran’s Revolutionary Guard said “We are not leading the country to war but we are not afraid of any war.”

The commander also said “We tell America to speak correctly with the Iranian nation. We have the power to break them several times over and we are not worried.”

White House officials have accused Iran of orchestrating the embassy demonstrations and said Tehran will be held responsible. Iran denies the claims.
