U.S. job growth surged in February, with the economy adding 273,000 jobs, over 100,000 more than projected.

The number is especially impressive considering growing concerns over the coronavirus, which experts fear could slow the economy.

The unemployment rate dropped slightly to 3.5 percent, tying the lowest rate in 50 years.
