Justice continues during the pandemic but the way the system works has changed from crowded courtrooms to Zoom meetings.

One Florida Judge is tired of seeing attorneys be a little too casual during online hearings. Broward Circuit Judge Dennis Bailey wrote a letter that was published by the Weston Bar Association.

Judge Bailey said, “It is remarkable how many ATTORNEYS appear inappropriately on camera. One male lawyer appeared shirtless and one female attorney appeared still in bed, still under the covers.”

Bailey also said, “Putting on a beach cover-up won’t cover up you’re poolside in a bathing suit.”
