The coronavirus crisis has put a hold on big events.

Pride celebrations across the world have been postponed or canceled because of the pandemic. Many of them are scheduled in the month of June.

The Guardian reports that more than 300 Pride gatherings are on hold or skipping 2020. They include celebrations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, and London.

Some organizations are coming together to plan a Global Pride event online. The date is set for June 27th.
