If you had only watched Meet the Press on Sunday, you would have gotten a very different impression of what William Barr had to say about the Justice Department’s decision to drop its case against the President’s former national security adviser.

It turns out that the Attorney General’s reply last week to CBS News was edited by NBC staffers, leaving out Barr’s full answer to Catherine Herridge’s question.

Following the broadcast and into Monday, the President called for the firing of moderator Chuck Todd.

In NBC ‘s apology, the network claimed they “inadvertently and inaccurately” edited the piece, tweeting, “the remaining clip included important remarks from the attorney general that we missed, and we regret the error.”
