A black delivery driver delivered furniture and appliances to a home in a gated community in Oklahoma City.

As he was trying to leave a white man blocked his truck demanding to know how he got in the community.

He started recording the interaction. The white man identified himself as the President of the Home Owners Association.

The man claimed he was calling the police but no police arrived on the scene.

The delivery driver remained calm and stayed in his truck the entire time. He asked the “President of the HOA” you need a code to get in here, right?

The man says yes.

Delivery driver, so clearly someone gave me the code.

The man responded that he wanted to know the name of the person and the delivery driver refused to give him the information.

The interaction lasted 40 minutes before the delivery driver was allowed to leave.

Police never arrived on the scene. The driver called the police himself to make sure leaving was OK because he did not want to make it appear that he had fled the scene.
