Arizona to Fine Those Filming Police Interactions

There’s a new bill in Arizona that’s causing quite a stir.

According to a new Tucson, Arizona bill, people are restricted to how they film police at a crime scene and if you’re found violating the law you’ll be fined $750.

Under this new bill, law enforcement can “establish boundaries or communicate to onlookers that an area is temporarily restricted for police activity.”

The use of phones to record police activity has been a key part of many cases recently, and some believe this will only make things more complicated.

This controversial bill was passed back in April.
