The US Navy has joined the Marines and has announced that they too will ban the Confederate flag from all of its bases, ships, aircraft, and submarines.

According to the Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Mike Gilday, the order is being drafted now and will “preserve good order and discipline, and uphold the Navy’s core values of honor, courage, and commitment.”
