This isn’t the “surprise” they were looking for.

18 family members in North Texas have coronavirus after a surprise birthday party.

Several of those family members remain hospitalized.

The host of the party was unknowingly infected with the virus. He interacted with 7 relatives who then got the virus and spread it to 10 other family members.

Texas is considered a “hot spot” right now, as the number of COVID-19 patients has more than doubled in two weeks.
