After discretely gestating and building up power, Tropical Depression Seven has officially formed in the Atlantic Ocean, weather experts announced Tuesday.

The volatile system, which is boasting winds of 34 miles per hour, is currently located about 1,185 miles southwest of the Cabo Verde islands, according to the National Hurricane Center. It’s moving northwest at about eight miles per hour, per the agency.
