A North Carolina man who struck it rich when he won the $10 million lottery has been arrested for murder.
Leland resident Michael Todd Hill, 52, was taken into custody late Tuesday, one day after the body of his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Keonna Graham, was found in a local hotel room, police say. No further information on Graham’s death has been revealed.
Hill became a millionaire after purchasing a winning Ultimate Millions scratch-off ticket in 2017.
