Garrett’s Popcorn has been a staple of Chicago and is now celebrating it’s 75th birthday. Tourists and locals alike savor the Chicago mix of caramel and cheddar popcorn, and now the company has announced some special flavors.

To celebrate the anniversary, Garrett’s is launching several new flavors, including, on Sept. 23, Apple CaramelCrisp.

Company owner Megan Chody says that the CaramelCrisp popcorn is made with seven ingredients commonly found in any kitchen, but would not divulge the recipe.

Garrett’s has 14 stores in the Chicago area, as well as shops in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and locations across Asia.
