An Atlanta man has been arrested after being accused of secretly recording people in a women’s bathroom at the World Mission Society Church in Bloomingdale.
24 year old Ramon Ocho Garcia faces charges of unauthorized video recording of a person under 18 and unauthorized video recording without consent, according to the DuPage County State’s Attorney.
Garcia allegedly used a small camera, installed in a vent to make the recordings, which may involve up to 24 people and date back to August.
A pastor later found the camera and called police.
Police continue to investigate and Garcia could face additional charges.
