Two suspects are in custody after carjacking a rideshare driver last night in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood.

Police said a 44-year-old man was dropping off two male passengers Thursday night just after 10:30 at 74th and Wabash when they took out guns and forced him out of the vehicle.

The suspects fled in the rideshare drivers vehicle, eventually leading Illinois State Police on a chase after pulling the juvenile suspects over for a traffic stop at 92nd and Greenfield.

No one was injured and Area One detectives are investigating the incident.
