Big John and Ramblin’ Ray are joined by Alderman Matt O’Shea of the 19th ward, he proposed a rule change that allows McNally’s Quess of Hearts raffle to have a higher payout for those who enter the raffle. Half the proceeds help schools in the area who don’t get government funding.
