Fireworks at Fox32 Chicago Mayoral forum

(CHICAGO)  In the race for mayor, Bill Daley was a no-show at tonight’s/last night’s Lincoln Forum debate on Fox32, but President Trump had some friends among those who did show up.

No surprise that Toni Preckwinkle and Susana Mendoza dumped on Trump, but Geri Chico and Paul Vallas said they’d work with him.

“Chico: This city desperately needs infrastructure money to rebuild the CTA. We have to extend the Red Line to 130th St. We have to rebuild our stations, our water, our bridges. We just can’t cavalierly say we’re never dealing with this guy.

Vallas:  At the end of the day I’m not gonna turn anybody away who wants to give me money. I don’t care! I’ll invite him to Chicago and tell him he’s got gigantic hands!”

And Willie Wilson said he’d work with anyone who wants to send money to his community.
