We’re learning more about one of the suspects in this week’s Colorado school shooting.

Devon Erickson was a bully and often joked about school shootings, whispering such things as “don’t come to school tomorrow,” in classmates’ ears, Kevin Cole, a former Highlands Ranch STEM School student told NBC’s “Today” show.

Authorities say the 18-year-old and a juvenile female brought handguns to school Tuesday, wounding eight, and killing 18-year-old Kendrick Castillo. Castillo rushed Erickson as he pulled out the gun. Two other students were able subdue Erickson.
