Authorities say they’ve arrested a New Jersey man plotting to bomb Trump tower.

The New York Post reports 20-year-old Jonathan Xie, of Basking Ridge, is charged with two counts of attempting to provide material support to a designated terrorist organization (Hamas), two counts of making false statements, and one count of transmitting a threat in interstate commerce.

Threats against Trump tower appeared in social media posts including a yes/no poll asking respondents “Should I bomb Trump Tower?”

Xie also allegedly appeared, masked, in other social media posts discussing a plot to shoot people at a pro-Israel march. He’s also accused of lying on his US Army application.
