Delta Sued over Emotional Support Dog Attack

A man is suing Delta airlines after being pinned and bitten several times by an emotional support dog while flying on on the airline in 2017. He had to receive 28 stitches to his face after the attack.

Delta has acknowledged the incident and changed its rules about animals flying on planes afterward. The man suing said that Delta failed to protect him properly against “a large, untrained, unrestrained animal.” He’s also suing the dog owner for negligence.
