Following the approval of their event application, organizers for Boston’s “Straight Pride Parade” received some suspicious packages in the mail on Monday.

Not taking any chances, the FBI and Massachusetts state police are on the case, tracking down who may have sent the heavily taped envelopes with no return address.

Fortunately, there was no danger to the public, just to every crack and crevice as the envelopes were filled with glitter.

Super Happy Fun America, who is planning the parade for August 31, still needs the thumbs up from local police and the city’s licensing board before they can move forward.
