Climate change protesters waited no time making new British prime minister Boris Johnson aware of where they stood on the issue. They stood right in his way.

A group of Greenpeace demonstrators, dressed in red, formed a human chain across the ceremonial avenue leading to Buckingham Palace Wednesday, Reuters reports.

Johnson was on his way to meet with the Queen as he officially began his tenure. His car moved slowly around the demonstrators. The group says they tried to hand him a 134-point manifesto of actions to stop climate change.
