Puerto Rico Governor Ricardo Rossello is resigning amid mass protests and corruption scandals. But it doesn’t look like anyone else wants the job.

Justice Secretary Wanda Vasquez, who was supposed to take over for Rossello, says she doesn’t want the job and hopes Rosello will appoint someone else before he leaves office at the end of the week. Vasquez is herself under investigation for corruption scandals.

Secretary of state Luis Marin, who would be next in line for the governorship, has also resigned. Treasury Secretary Francisco Pares is next in line after that but is too young at just 31.
