A very famous name in cuisine has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

Perkins and Marie Callender’s made the announcement Monday, a day after shutting down 29 restaurant locations.

The company plans to sell its Perkins’ business and is still looking for potential buyers for its Marie Callender’s restaurants.
