Tokyo, for the third time in a row, has been named the metropolis in the world by the Economics Intelligence Unit. The most populated city on Earth scored a 92 out of 100 on the index for digital, personal and health security and infrastructure.

Other cities making the list were Singapore at number two followed by Osaka. Two European, Amsterdam and Copenhagen were in the top ten. The only U.S. metropolis to make the top ten was Washington, DC at number 7. Chicago nearly made the top ten at 11.
